Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z like to keep their family life private, which makes every glimpse that much more exciting. On Wednesday, Beyoncé shared a photo of herself with her 13-month-old twins, Sir and Rumi, during a family trip to Europe. It's one of the best looks we've gotten of the twins so far.
In the photo, the 36-year-old mom holds her twins on her lap. Bey and daughter Rumi have vibrant smiles, while Sir has a serious expression. Already, the two babies have their own personalities — and Rumi is the spitting image of her older sister, 6-year-old Blue Ivy.
All three of the Carter kids are on the road with their parents right now. They're joining Beyoncé and Jay-Z for their joint On the Run II Tour, which began in Europe on June 6.
At a recent show, Beyoncé gave a shout-out to Sir and Rumi for their 1st birthday. The singer gave birth to her adorable twins last June.
Along with the photo of the twins, Beyoncé shared a photo of Jay holding Rumi's hand — wearing matching yellow, of course.
A third photo shows Beyoncé with her lookalike daughter Blue.
Throughout Sir and Rumi's short 13-month life, we've only gotten a few photos of the twins. Bey shared a stunning maternity portrait on her Instagram one month after giving birth.
And last month, grandma Tina Knowles Lawson shared a sweet photo of her grandchildren.
The photo shows Beyoncé, Jay, and the twins, all four of them wearing all white.
Video footage from the kickoff of the On the Run II Tour appeared to show the couple renewing their vows.
The couple recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary.
As if a joint tour and vow renewal weren't enough, they also released a surprise album together, Everything Is Love.
For the album, they somehow, magically, were granted permission to film a music video in the Louvre.
Because they're just that special. I mean, can you think of any locations on Earth that wouldn't give this famous couple the OK to film there?
A few months ago, Jay-Z opened up about Sir and Rumi in an interview with CNN's Van Jones.
“We are in a beautiful time now because they are 7 months and they can’t move,” Jay-Z said. “They can just coo… they just coo and you don’t have to, ‘Wait, wait, wait, wait.’"
"You know, they’re not running anywhere yet. We are going to enjoy these couple of months until they start running, and then it’s over.”
Meanwhile, fans shared their reactions to finally seeing Sir's and Rumi's little faces.
They remembered what Grandma Tina said about Sir's and Rumi's very different styles.
And they pointed out that each baby is like a miniature lookalike.
Obviously, we need more Sir and Rumi photos ASAP, please.
