Want to make some of these breast milk Popsicles? It's so simple!

All you need is one of these Popsicle molds.

If you don't have any, you can buy them in stores or online — or you can just use an ice cube tray with some Popsicle sticks.

Next, you can pump some breast milk or mix up some formula — whatever you normally use to feed your baby.

Then go ahead and pour the liquid into the Popsicle molds and wait for them to freeze completely.

Once they're frozen, give the "milksicles" to your baby anytime they start feeling some teething pain.

Make sure you watch your baby when they're eating something frozen.

You want to make sure they don't eat too quickly (they might get brain freeze) or push the Popsicle too far into their mouths.
