Carrie Underwood Begs Pregnancy Insomnia To ‘Go Bother Someone Else,’ And Other Moms Can Relate

Pregnant women are always getting advice from others who have been there, done that. It can be frustrating, especially when you didn't ask for the commentary. One thing pregnant women are always being told is to "sleep before the baby comes."

What everyone neglects to mention is that many women experience some seriously frustrating insomnia during pregnancy. Instead of sleeping, pregnant women often spend the entire night rolling around trying to find a comfortable position. Carrie Underwood, who is pregnant with her second child and due in January, is experiencing that insomnia in the worst way.

The country music star recently took to Twitter to lament her sleepless nights. It's been especially rough for her because she's also busy raising her 3-year-old son, Isaiah Michael. In addition to dealing with being pregnant, Carrie is also chasing around a rambunctious toddler — but even though she's exhausted at night, she just can't get to sleep.

Luckily, other moms chimed in with support and suggestions for Carrie to get some well-deserved rest.

Carrie Underwood is having quite an exciting year!

Her album, Cry Pretty, came out in September and debuted at No. 1 on the US Billboard 200.

Just a few weeks earlier, Carrie announced that she and her husband were expecting their second child and that she wouldn't be touring for the album until spring 2019.

The news was a blessing for the couple, who had three miscarriages between 2017 and early 2018.

Carrie also received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this year!

As the year winds down, Carrie's getting ready to welcome her second little one, who is reportedly due in January.

Considering the fact that she is doing appearances to promote her album and raising a toddler while pregnant, Carrie is pretty thoroughly exhausted.
