Why Is She Having A Father-Daughter Dance At Age 9? I’m Speechless!

A dying father has given his young daughters, Maren and Zoe, a memory to last a lifetime — proving there's nothing bigger than a dad's love for his little girls.

After being diagnosed with a brain tumor, Charlie Kwentus spent years in and out of the hospital undergoing numerous surgeries. Realizing he was losing out on quality time with his family, he recently stopped all treatment and decided to focus his final days building a bank of memories for his wife and two daughters.

Charlie knew he probably wouldn't be around to see his daughters' weddings, so with the help of a local nonprofit, Charlie was able to treat his girls, ages 9 and 13, to a night they will never forget.

The organization set up a very special night for the family at the Westborough Country Club, where they dined on a delicious dinner and then had their very own, father–daughter dance.

"I won't be able to walk them down the aisle, but I will get this," Charlie said.

This touching story comes in the footsteps of other heartbreaking stories — like the dying father who left messages for his three daughters to open on their wedding days, or the mother who stayed alive long enough to dance with her son on his wedding day.

In the video, the father and daughters' poignant moment was captured on camera as loved ones looked on. Then, he gave an emotional speech to his daughters and fatherly advice for their future wedding days. This is one tear-jerking moment you won't want to miss.
