These Girls Put Their Hands Over Their Hearts, But What Came Next Gave Me Chills. Beautiful!

When these little girls stood up in front of an audience, I was not expecting to see one of the most heartwarming videos on the internet.

The patriotic tune "God Bless the USA" was originally written and recorded by the country music artist Lee Greenwood back in 1984.

The song reached No. 7 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles Chart, and it was even played at the Republican National Convention with Ronald Reagan. The song gained some prominence during the first Gulf war, but eventually it drifted out of the public mindset.

It wasn't until that horrific day on 9/11 that the patriotic song regained its earlier popularity. The song glued our wounded nation and brought us all together as one. As soldiers have gone off to battle, risking their lives and limbs like the hero in this video, "God Bless the USA" has been the song our country needed to bind us all together.

With a chorus that just about everyone has memorized, there's no doubt that this song will remain in the hearts of every proud American!

It's crazy to think that the adorable children in the video below weren't even born yet when 9/11 happened, but their youth only makes me appreciate their patriotic spirit all the more. Along with their singing the little girls have also learned the sign language that goes with the popular tune! These girls have definitely proven that they are one talented group.

Please SHARE this adorably patriotic video with all of your friends and family!
