Christina Anstead Removes Every Instagram Photo From Her And Ant’s Wedding

Christina Anstead is letting go of her past.

The 37-year-old Christina on the Coast star recently announced that she and husband Ant Anstead have decided to separate. The announcement said nothing about divorce but mentioned navigating the future. Some fans, who were surprised by the sudden announcement, hoped it wouldn't last. They felt that whatever the couple was going through could still be worked out.

That seems less likely now. Just days after announcing the split, Christina purged her Instagram of all photos from the couple's wedding. That said, she didn't get rid of all signs of Ant. There are still many pictures of the two, from selfies to dinners with friends.

We've only gotten Christina's side of things thus far, however. Ant has maintained his silence since the news broke. Sources have spoken out to what led to the end of the relationship, suggesting that Christina may have been the one to call things off.

Christina Anstead is cleaning up her Instagram. The 37-year-old Christina on the Coast star shocked fans by announcing just one week ago in a post that she and her husband, Wheeler Dealers host Ant Anstead, were separating. The two married in a surprise wedding in 2018.

The beautiful Newport Beach wedding was a beloved event for the two of them. They surprised guests, who were expecting to watch the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade. Instead, the approximately 70 guests were treated to a Winter Wonderland wedding.

Christina is now putting the memories of that day out of her mind. She's deleted all photos of the epic wedding from her Instagram feed. She hasn't purged Ant entirely, however, as there are still plenty of photos of them together throughout the years.

The two began dating in October 2017 and felt an instant connection. Both Christina and Ant have two children from previous marriages. Christina is mom to 10-year-old Taylor Reese and 5-year-old Brayden, whom she shares with ex Tarek El Moussa. Ant is dad to 16-year-old Amelie and 14-year-old Archie with ex Louise Herbert.

Blending their two families was once at the heart of their relationship. They made big strides in that early on that were only strengthened with the birth of Hudson London Anstead. Christina and Ant welcomed their baby boy in September 2019, bringing them to five kids altogether.

However, Christina struggled to find happiness in their big, blended family. A source told People magazine that the problems began after Hudson was born.

"After the baby, they started having conflicts," the source noted.

Despite having so much going on in the bustling household, Christina reportedly felt "lonely and unhappy."

"Christina found it difficult to balance everything," the source noted. It wasn't long until the couple couldn't ignore their struggles.

Still, neither Christina nor Ant wanted it to come to this.

"She never expected to get a divorce," the source said.

"But she is doing okay and focusing on the kids."

The knowledge that neither thought the relationship would come to an end had many fans hopeful that reconciliation between the two could happen.

"Wow! I follow both of you and I am so sad to read this news. Didn't see this coming and I hope that somehow you can both work it out," one fan commented on a wedding photo that's still up on Ant's page.

"Only you and Christina know how you feel and what the issues are and that is your business! I still want to believe somehow this isn't true. Wishing you both time to figure it out!"

"Please work things out. Try counseling. Do whatever it takes," another fan urged.

"Maybe this is just a bump in the road. Take the time and privacy needed to strengthen your bond while doing counseling. Life in the public eye is very hard on a relationship. And you live in an area of the country focused on entertainment careers where the emphasis is on things that aren't as important as the people surrounding you would have you believe.

"Maybe pull back. It's worth it for the children, that gorgeous baby, and each other. It's so worth it. So please try. Fight for it, Ant."
