This Toddler Is Dangling From The Ledge. Watch What The Man Does…

A construction worker in Singapore is being hailed as a hero after he climbed to the second floor of an apartment complex to save a toddler whose head was stuck between the rails.

The terrifying moment was all captured on camera as passersby spotted the 3-year-old girl in distress. After yelling for help, one courageous city worker who was doing repairs on a nearby road rushed to the scene.

In the video, the worker was seen pulling himself up effortlessly onto the ledge and holding the crying toddler up as he tried to get her back onto the other side of the ledge. According to reports, the man's colleague helped him on the second floor to free the child. Thank God for these heroes!

It remains unclear how the child ended up on the ledge in the first place.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force will recognize the workers' heroism by bestowing them both with a Public Spiritedness Award.

A spokesman for the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they received a call alerting them of the incident at 1:10 p.m. on Thursday, but the toddler had been freed by the time the firefighters arrived at the scene. A ladder was used to bring the workers and the girl back down safely.
