Keep Your Kids Cozy This Winter With The Ultimate Snuggly Accessory!

Is there anything in this world cuter than a chubby, giggly baby?

Two days ago, I would have said no, with the possible exception of this pile of adorable baby badgers. But, on every count, I would have been wrong.

That’s because, two days ago, I didn’t know about baby beards, the only accessory available for upping a baby’s cuteness by a factor of ten, minimum.

While some would argue that the baby beard is actually just the apotheosis of millennial parenting, it’s actually remarkably practical!

After all, if you’ve ever been around a baby, small child, or toddler in the wintertime, you know that those little faces get chapped and freezing in the blink of an eye once the mercury drops.

But — while we wouldn't recommend this look for infants or for sleeping babies — if you just need something cozy to snuggle over your toddler’s face after he tries to yank off all of his winter gear, then the baby beard might be right for you!

Please SHARE if you think these hats are adorable!

A genius creation that simultaneously combines a hat and a balaclava, the baby beard is perfect for any parents who wants to protect their favorite little faces from the cold winter chill, while simultaneously cracking up all the other parents.

These knit creations are available for easy purchase from on Amazon.com. Or, if you're crafty, it's pretty simple to whip one of these up yourself out of scrap yarn! Make a whole handful, and your child can experiment with different hair colors all winter long!

They're also incredibly versatile. Sure, you can go for a standard bearded lumberjack look, but it's just a short step into miniature Viking warrior territory!

Or, add an eye-patch and a skull and crossbones, and your child will be amply prepared for a winter spent throwing snowballs off the deck of the Jolly Roger. Arrr, Matey!

Alternatively, you can pay homage to one of the other bearded greats of history. Create an extra-long beard to evoke ZZ Top, Duck Dynasty, or, with some nice gray yarn, Professor Dumbledore!

Of course, there's nothing wrong with sticking to the classics. After all, no matter what bearded look you go for this winter, the important thing is that your little one is safe and warm once the air gets chilly.

And, perhaps most important of all, it's easy for little hands to pull off a scarf and throw it in a puddle of icy slush. But watch your tot try to pull the same move once their little face is securely wrapped up in a comfy faux-beard!

If you can't wait to make these for every child you know, please don't forget to SHARE on Facebook for parents everywhere in need of a better way to wrap up their kids this winter!
