Kids are very observant. Sometimes too observant. One man found that out the hard way when his 4-year-old daughter asked him why "mommy's bra" was in his car. The problem? The bra couldn't have belonged to her mother, who hadn't spent any time in the car recently.
Needless to say both he and Mom were… curious.
When the family headed to the car to figure out what was going on, they discovered the truth: There was, indeed, something that looked quite like a "bra" in Dad's car. (To be fair, what do 4-year-olds really know about bras?)
The father, Twitter user @AngryManTV, posted the entire story on social media, where people couldn't get enough of it.
"My 4-y/o daughter tried to jam me up today," the dad tweeted.
The child innocently asked her mother, "Mommy, why is your bra in daddy's car?"
@AngryManTV panicked as his wife gave him "killer side eye."
"She ain't been in my car in weeks," he explained.

Dad understandably tried to defend himself: "Ain't no bra in my car!!"
So the entire family went to go check it out. This is what they found.

A "cup thingie with straps," indeed.
The object was actually a face mask, not a bra. Easy mistake.
Dad was, of course, very relieved.

But probably not as relieved as his wife.

And why do face masks look so much like bras, anyway?

Apparently, the two objects are related.

Twitter could not get enough of this story. Some users jokingly pointed out that the daughter is a snitch.

She definitely did not have her dad's back on this one.

But that's no surprise. She's just a kid!

One user pointed out that, even if the dad knew he hadn't cheated on his wife, he was probably still panicking.

And people could not be more relieved for this man.

Seriously, that was a close call.

A lot of people can totally relate. Kids are not here for the "other woman."

Even if she's not real.

Careful out there, fellas.
