The internet is a whole new world to some people, but it's a very valuable world if you know how to use it to your advantage.
There will always be negatives to any new advancement, but it's important to remember the positives. The Dickey family is a family who used the internet and its amazing technologies in order to help give back. Although they didn't have the money to donate, they knew that they had the parental skills and loving heart to help a child in need.
When they found this website, and saw this little girl, they knew what they had to do. Although they may have had reservations about this opportunity, they decided that the goodness of the experience would tremendously outweigh the bad. No child should be left without love or parents, and if they could afford to help that cause, they were going to.
Everyone needs love in their life, and a family by their side, no matter what age they are. It's beautiful when families can put the dream of raising a child from early years and on aside, and realize that older kids need love and parenting just as much.
