90-Year-Old Dorothy Williams Shares Her Key To A Long, Healthy Life

As someone who is less than a year away from turning the big 30, I'm coming to terms with that fear of growing older we all eventually have to confront.

Of course, like one of my favorite quotes says, "Age only matters if you're cheese." And if you're as big a fromage aficionado as me, then you know that sometimes it's the older ones that are the best.

The same can be said about us as we reach those twilight years. In fact, if you play your cards right, it can be the most rewarding period of your life!

That's exactly what Dorothy Williams is proving as she enters her ninth decade on our planet. She recently showed of her humorous talent for dance on the America's Got Talent stage, earning herself a Golden Buzzer from host Nick Cannon, but Williams has already been around the block when it comes to showbiz.

In the clip below, the cancer survivor explains how her active lifestyle has helped her to remain so healthy and happy over the years. Williams' past careers include tap dancing, acrobatics, and was even a professional clown. She performed for the troops at USO shows in 1945, and clearly her passion for entertaining hasn't gone anywhere.

Before her hilariously risqué audition, Williams performed the routine at her local senior center in Hawaii.
