Leila's mom starts recording as she walks toward her. Leila is standing there with ice on her cheek, full of tears as she looks at the fish tank, so her mom asks her what is wrong.
Instead of the expected "I'm in pain," response, she got something very unexpected.
If you can make out the words between the sobs, you realize she's in this deeply saddened state because she believes that the fish in the fish tank are drowning.
Yes, drowning fish. That is what the drugs have made this adorable young girl believe.
