Mom Travels Alone With 2 Screaming Kids When Stranger Grabs Daughter’s Hand After Flight

Flying can be stressful. Throw some unruly kids into the mix and you've got a potential nightmare on your hands… and Arkansas mom Jessica Rudeen knows this all too well.

Jessica Rudeen was flying from Missouri to North Carolina with her four-month-old son, Alexander, and three-year-old daughter, Caroline. It was her first time traveling with her kids alone, so she was pretty nervous from the start. Her nerves only escalated when the trio boarded the plane and Alexander started "screaming his head off." Jessica says she wasn't able to nurse him before the flight, so he was particularly fussy.

Meanwhile, Caroline was so jumpy and energetic on the plane that she began shouting and kicking. While her baby brother wailed and screamed, Caroline cried at the top of her lungs. "I want to get off the plane! I don't want to go!"

Trying to calm them down to no avail, Jessica was sure she and her out-of-control children would be kicked off the plane. She could feel her fellow passengers quietly judging her parenting skills.

But that's when a middle-aged man, a passenger named Todd Walker, reached for Jessica's infant son.

By the end of the flight, Jessica was so anxious to get home and share her story about this traveling stranger on Facebook.

Her post went viral overnight and you're about to see why.
