Piper was born with with hydrocephalus — a neurological condition where there is a buildup of excess fluid in the brain. After two brain surgeries, Piper's parents were told she'd never walk or talk. Now, she's defying the odds!
After Piper began recovering from the last surgery, she started to show major improvement — and had a lot to celebrate. In the video, Piper is seen dancing around her house, much to the delight of her parents. This is so incredible! Seeing her dance will melt you heart! This little girl is such an inspiration to us. Her parents never gave up hope and look at her now!
