Hannah Higgins might be one of the bravest five-year-olds you'll ever met. This young girl was diagnosed with bilateral Wilms tumor (kidney cancer) in February 2014. She underwent six months of chemotherapy, radiation to her lungs and surgery to remove her left kidney. Despite her journey, she's always wanted to use her experience to inspire others to be brave.
According to her parent's YouTube channel, Hannah approached them one day and said she wanted to do a "commercial" with a reassuring message to other young cancer patients about "how brave" she has been. (Hannah finished her treatment on August 25 and has been told that there are no more signs of the disease.)
In the video, she sends a heartwarming message to other sick children about her journey and why they shouldn't be scared. She finishes her inspiring pep talk, saying, "If you have cancer don't worry. I am brave and you can be brave also."
