Carlos Guevera thought he had it all. He was a popular athlete, was vice president of his school and considered the world his oyster. But then he developed Tourette Syndrome, a condition that causes him to have uncontrollable tics, spasms and even beep for no reason.
But, as Simon said after this incredible performance, Carlos is not a victim. He doesn't let his condition slow him down one bit. It's rare that I have such a strong reaction to someone on a talent show, but Carlos, I'm a big, big fan!
