Isabell Tipper looks like any other five-year-old girl, but there's one major difference.
The average little girl might dissolve into tears over just about anything, like this sweet little girl who is tearful and inconsolable whenever her baby sister isn't around.
For Isabell, however, getting upset for any reason could be lethal.
This sweet little girl can't afford to get upset; she has a medical condition that might stop her heart if she gets too distressed or sad.
Her parents work very hard to keep her from ever feeling heartbroken, because in her case, she might not survive the experience.
With that in mind, her mom is asking people all over the world to send Isabell cards for Christmas this year.
It's a such a simple gesture, but it brings Isabell so much joy, that it might just help her keep healthy through the holiday and beyond.

When Isabell Tipper was born five years ago, her mom Kimberley suspected right away that something was wrong.
Her baby girl appeared slightly blue in color, and seemed too cold to the touch for a healthy baby.
Doctors told Mom she just had a low temperature, but they didn't notice how sick the baby girl really was.
More than a month later, doctors realized that Isabell had four different heart defects, all of which should have been caught before she was even born.
Because of her defects, if her emotions get too high, it can lead to a dangerous drop in blood pressure; in turn, that drop in blood pressure prevents the heart from getting oxygen, and from passing oxygen on to the brain and other vital organs.
At just six months, she had open heart surgery to try to reverse the defects, but as she got older, the same problems returned.
Now, mom Kimberley and her fiance Ian Salat have to get creative to keep little Isabell healthy.
They're constantly on the quest for other treatments for her condition, but in the meantime, the best way to protect her is to make her happy.
At her birthday in June, they sent out a plea far and wide for birthday cards.
Isabell and her mom were both stunned by how many well-wishers sent her birthday cards to make her happy on her fifth birthday.
In fact, she got over 2,000 cards and other positive messages from all over the world.
She had so many cards that she could open a few everyday for months, and feel happy from the love and prayers of so many people!
Those birthday cards in June were incredibly important, because Isabell has had to stay very calm for a long time.
Last year, at just four years old, Isabell almost died because she started crying and her blood pressure dropped.
At that point, doctors realized the surgery she had at six months had worn off and wasn't helping anymore.
Even worse, after Isabell's episode last year, she wasn't allowed to receive treatment straight away.
Because of healthcare guidelines, she needed to get worse before she was eligible for surgery.
Finally, she was able to have an artery transplant last year, but she still has to be very carefully not to stress her system by getting upset.
With that in mind, her mom is hoping to repeat the birthday card experiment, but for Christmas!
She knows that if she gets enough people to send Isabell well-wishes at Christmas, they'll really be giving her daughter a much more precious gift: a few months of happiness and health.
