On Thursday, Country singer and Whine Down podcast host Jana Kramer announced that she is pregnant. Jana, 39, made the announcement on Instagram, saying she "never thought [she] would see the word pregnant again on a test."
The singer told People that she hoped she'd be able to have a baby with her fiancé, former soccer coach Allan Russell, but she also felt a bit sad when she thought about it because she wasn't sure she'd ever be able to get pregnant again at her age.
Jana has had miscarriages in the past and also experienced some difficulties with pregnancies before. In March, the podcast host told People that she had a metallic taste in her mouth, which prompted her to get a pregnancy test.
Jana has two other children from her previous marriage. Allan has one son as well.
"Beyond blessed and grateful for this baby to be a part of our story," Jana wrote on Instagram.
The pregnancy announcement comes shortly after the singer's engagement announcement. In May, Jana announced that she was engaged after becoming "Instagram official" with Allan in January.
"I promise this is the last Announcement…at least for a little while," Jana joked with her Instagram followers.
