Jennifer Lopez was spotted house-hunting in late January in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles, as she and ex-husband Ben Affleck continue to try to sell the mansion they once shared there.
Sporting a cardigan, sunglasses, and oversized jeans, the Bronx-born pop star was photographed eating a lollipop as she walked through a property that boasts “a huge backyard and a giant pool,” according to snaps published by TMZ.
Earlier, the outlet reported the Hustlers star was considering an off-the-market $20 Brentwood mansion but had “serious concerns” about the air quality due to the effects of the recent LA wildfires.
Brentwood is also home to Affleck’s new $20.5 million digs. He closed escrow on the property in July 2024 — on the same day as his ex-wife’s 55th birthday, and the same day she finalized the sale of her New York City penthouse.

News that Lopez and Affleck were selling their marital mansion broke last June, months after speculation began that they were headed for divorce. The mansion is currently on the market for $61 million.
After an early aughts engagement, the pair collectively known as “Bennifer” wed in July 2022 and held a second ceremony that August. Lopez filed for divorce on the two-year anniversary of the latter.
The duo, who did not have a prenup agreement, finalized their divorce settlement in January. The agreement reportedly includes no spousal support from either party and says the exes will each keep whatever individual earnings they accrued during their two-year marriage.
