Most children grow up playing with toy trucks and cars, and even farm equipment like tractors and lawnmowers. They shuffle them around on the floor, making the requisite car noises as they assemble them into a neat little parking lot. It doesn't really matter whether you're talking about boys or girls; they both have a penchant for motor vehicles at a young age.
Not all children, however, grow up to work in construction, driving around heavy equipment like front end loaders or cranes. Sure, some might grow up to be farmers and have massive machinery to maneuver around their farm but, for many children, the dream of being behind the wheel of huge tractors floats away with their childhood toys.
In the below video, though, one kid is not sitting around playing with construction vehicles on the floor of his house. Instead, he's driving them around actual construction sites!
When the video begins, you see a large construction vehicle (it appears to be a front-end loader, but we'll call it a tractor to make things simpler) moving towards a large pile of sand and some other machinery.
But then the video cuts to inside the vehicle and you see that it's actually a small child at the wheel! That's amazing. He barely looks big enough to see over the steering wheel, yet he's manipulating this tractor like he's done it a thousand times. He's steering and pushing and pulling different levers, all while shuffling his feet to actually reach the pedals.
While this isn't something we recommend you let your kids try at home, it is a pretty amazing thing to see. For a child to be able to have the knowledge and coordination to drive one of these machines effectively is a sight to behold.
