Kourtney Kardashian Reveals How Far Along She And Travis Barker Are With Their Baby Plans

In vitro fertilization, IVF for short, is not easy for people who want to become mothers. Treatments are incredibly difficult on a person’s body and spirit. Kourtney Kardashian knows this first hand and made the difficult decision to stop her IVF treatments.

She recently posted an Instagram story giving fans an update on her health post IVF. The story displayed a picture of a treadmill with the words "finally started getting my energy back 10 months after stopping IVF, for anyone else going through it, it gets better!" Fans are happy to hear she is feeling more like herself.

Kourtney has not been shy about her struggles with IVF. On an appearance in October 2022 on the podcast Not Skinny But Not Fat she opened up about her reasons for stopping treatments. She said IVF "really took a toll on my health and mentally. The hormones. The medication. You have to get put to sleep every time. I know it's for so many people but it's just not for me."

“I haven't done it since January or February and still my energy levels are still really down," she went on to say. She is "for now, done with IVF” and leaving things in the universe’s hands. "I got to a place where I just felt exactly like how timing is everything with me and Travis. So, I feel like if it's truly meant to be it will happen,” she concluded.

Kourtney also spoke about her IVF struggles on her family’s hit reality show The Kardashians. During this period of time Kourtney was still undergoing the treatments. “I have everything in the world to be happy about, I just feel a little bit off, super moody and hormonal. I'm a lunatic half the time. I think we want it so badly because we want to make something together," she told her mother, Kris Jenner.
