Ashley and Michael Krauter were expecting a baby girl. At the same time, they decided to make the 60th birthday of the baby's future grandpa a celebration to remember.
Grandpa-to-be Carl, seen wearing a blue hoodie in the video below, opens a pair of sneakers along with a card. However, the note is addressed to "Grandpa," and it's accompanied by a sonogram.
Naturally, the couple expected some excited reactions. What they did not expect was the over-the-top reaction of Carl's wife Hope, which was caught on tape as she held their puppy Canton.
When Carl reads the card, the grandparents-to-be look at their kids with suspense and confusion. The second that Hope realizes the truth, she screams at the top of her lungs and doesn't really stop.
Canton looks frazzled, and everyone behind the camera just starts laughing at the intense emotions that come bursting out of the new grandma.
Apparently, she's been waiting for this moment for a much longer time than they thought, and she's finally getting to let out all of that bottled up hope!
