Mandy Moore Welcomes 2nd Baby With Husband Taylor Goldsmith: ‘Ozzie Is Here!’

At last, Mandy Moore is officially a mom of two!

The actress and her husband Taylor Goldsmith welcomed their second son this month, posting about their experience on Instagram.

"Ozzie is here!" she wrote, sharing her baby boy's full name with followers.

"Oscar Bennett Goldsmith arrived a little late but with much aplomb," she added.

Mandy and Taylor are shown holding their new bundle of joy in a carousel of black and white hospital photos. Mandy added that although her second delivery happened a little later than expected, the process was "an easier/speedier delivery than his big brother, much to the delight of his parents."

Ozzie is the forth member of their family, and joins the couple's first baby boy, 20-month-old August "Gus" Harrison.

"Every adage is true," the mom of two gushed on Friday. "Our hearts have doubled in size and the immediacy of the love is astounding. He is beyond words and we are so grateful for our family of four! "

The couple first announced they were expecting a baby in June, right before the actress and singer was set to go on tour for her new album, In Real Life.

"One incredibly seminal chapter of my life just ended and the next one, as a mother of two, is about to start…" she wrote on Instagram with a photo of baby Gus wearing a shirt announcing he's going to be a big brother. "Are we ever so deeply grateful and excited."

She expressed her excitement about touring while pregnant: "Tour is gonna be slightly different than I expected but I can’t wait and Gus is gonna be the BEST big brother!!"

Plans unfortunately changed and Mandy had to cancel the tour after about a month on the road, due to some health issues that the star has recently opened up about.

"Friends, It is with a heavy heart and much consideration that I have to let you all know that I am canceling my remaining show dates in 2022," Mandy, 38, told fans.

"It has been an honor and an absolute dream to return to the stage again this past month, performing for all of you. When we booked these shows, I wasn't pregnant and although I truly thought I could power through, the way we are traveling (long hours on the bus and not getting proper rest) has caught up, taken its toll, and made it feel too challenging to proceed."

The This Is Us star and Disney princess wrote in June that she plans to get back to singing as soon as she can.

"I can't wait to get back out there soon to bring this music and show your way!!"

Mandy recently opened up about the obstacles she faces when giving birth, because she is unable to receive an epidural.

She revealed to Today Parents that she has an autoimmune disorder called immune thrombocytopenic purpura, or ITP.

"My platelets are too low for an epidural," Mandy told the outlet. "It was awful. But I can do it one more time. I can climb that mountain again."

It looks like the climb went better this time around.
