Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's daughter, Monroe Cannon, is dipping her toe into the world of music in a big way. Monroe recently joined her mother onstage at Toronto's Scotiabank Arena, where the two performed to a sold-out crowd.
Mariah introduced Monroe to the audience, saying, "This is my baby girl, here. Eleven years ago, I got the greatest gift. You know what, I don’t have birthdays, but the birthing day was the greatest gift ever when I had my twins, Roc and Roe."
The pair then launched into "Away in a Manger," with Mariah noting that this was their first-ever duet together. There was a lot of interest in Monroe's singing abilities, and many have wondered if she also has her mother's five-octave range.
The pair join together for a warbling moment about halfway through the song, and it's clear from the cheers that the audience is thoroughly enjoying the performance. You can watch Mariah and Monroe in the video below!
