Amy, a mother in Wisconsin, was immediately alarmed when a couple of police officers came knocking on her front door.
At the time, Amy's 7-year-old daughter was having a playdate at a neighbor's house down the block. She wanted to break up the monotony of the quarantine for her kid by letting her play with a peer for a bit.
But the cops were not pleased with the little girl's playdate.
Amy took out her phone to film the angry confrontation between her and the officers. She was baffled as to why they came calling.
"Why are you here?" she asked.
The deputies, who were not wearing masks, warned Amy not to let her daughter have a playdate. "Stop having your kid go by other people's homes," one of the officers instructed.
"This is hard enough on us as parents and adults, can you imagine what it's like for the kids? They need to socialize."
