Wanting to devote all of her time to her new baby, Tommitrise decided that she had to get the test done in any way possible. Her sister Shanell posted this photo on Facebook, writing, 'This is what you call 'Strong Priorities.' Contractions 3 minutes apart and still takes her Psychology Test! You are going to be a great mom baby sis!'

Tommitrise did take the exam, which took her about an hour and a half to complete, before giving birth to a gorgeous baby girl that evening. Her baby, Tyler Elise, was born at 7 pounds, 10 ounces.

Tommitrise told Fox 5 Atlanta, 'She is my life now, and the way I look at it is, she will always have me to depend on so my goals will not be put on hold. I don't want to just barely make it by. I want my child to live comfortably, and I want to show people that just because I am considered a young mother doesn't mean I have to be considered a bad mother.'

Not only is Tommitrise thrilled to be a new mom, but she also told Fox 5 Atlanta that she refuses to let her 3.6 GPA drop. She aims to start a successful career with her criminal justice degree in order to provide for baby Tyler. And as for the test, Tommitrise ended up with a 'B,' which is not too bad for a new mom in labor!

Tommitrise's dedication to setting a good example for her new baby, and her determination to provide Tyler with a comfortable life, show just how far some people are willing to go to be the best parent possible.
