Kids, as we know, are unpredictable. They go from laughing to crying in no time, and there's no telling how they will react to news or change in their environment. Parents find new ways to surprise their children, but not always with the best results. Sometimes, when they expect a fit of laughter or joy, they get tears instead!
It's only natural that sometimes we're so overwhelmed with happiness and shock that we burst into tears, but that's perhaps not what one mom expected when she gifted her kids with a new puppy. A puppy is the gift of a lifetime, and it made a deep impression on her little daughter.
She led her son and daughter into the kitchen, camera in hand. They follow her, missing the blue box by the kitchen counter. But when she points it out to them, they rush to open it.
At first, you can't immediately tell what pops out, but as soon as we — and the kids — realize what the box contains, we feel a rush of excitement! The little girl jumps back, but seconds later, the kids scoop up the brand-new puppy.
The little girl runs to mom, so overwhelmed with emotion. Her brother has a much different reaction, but we totally understand the feelings of both kids!
