Teaching children is a very tedious process. They have so much energy, it's hard to get their attention fully focused. Now imagine teaching a child wearing a blindfold.
Nicola Farmer has dedicated her life to helping children discover their natural abilities and gifts by having them wear blindfolds. She is the founder of the ICU Academy, a school where children are taught to open their third eye. These abilities seem almost surreal, causing them to be compared to those of superheroes! Just like these little caped crusaders!
The children wear blindfolds and are taught by Nicola. They can read, write, draw, and identify objects in front of them, as if they could actually see them. The process is pretty revolutionary.
The children are amazing at learning this way. The best age for children to learn like this is 6 through 12, as they do not have a logical brain. Nicola explains that the right brain is very active, whereas the left brain is not yet. Her own grandson told her that he wanted to be a "Jedi" from Star Wars and she taught him in just seven days!
