When you're waiting to find out big news, it seems like the clock couldn't be moving any slower. It's as if some of the minutes are even moving backward as you await your answer.
Even when you're just waiting for a few minutes, this feeling can really send shivers up your spine, and your stomach up into your throat.
When Nicole took a pregnancy test alone one morning, she really didn't think that it would come out positive. But that didn't make waiting the few minutes for the test to process any easier to handle. Then, when the answer was ready, she simply couldn't believe it.
That's when her whole body started to shake.
Luckily, she had a whole bunch of friends waiting for her downstairs in the kitchen. When she walks down the stairs and through the living room, she sees them all sitting at the counter. But when they see her? This is just what friends are for.
Then, later in the day, her husband came home. While he was playing with their little daughter, she walks into the room with the same test. When she shows it to him, the look on his face is truly priceless. He simply can't believe it either… listen to what he says over and over again.
Some things in life are just hard to believe!
