Even nowadays, there is an ongoing debate about how women can "have it all." They need to be mothers, professionals, and wives all at the same time — and in order to fulfill the "duties" associated to each role, they need to have superpowers.
There is no such talk about men, and society does not expect very much from them, so we look up to the women who seemingly have it all and who are successful. We aspire to be like them, but the key is to find a way to balance it all — and above all, not strive for perfection!
You may have heard of 43-year-old Kristin Armstrong. In this year's Olympics, she won the gold medal for cycling with a stellar time of 44:26:42.
She also has two other gold medals from previous Olympics. With all three, she just set the record as the only cyclist to win gold medals in the same discipline.

Kristin Armstrong is an Olympic cyclist for the United States. She's also 43-years-old — an age at which many would expect her to retire.

In this year's Olympics, she won her third gold medal, making her the only cyclist to win three consecutive gold medals in the same discipline!

But Armstrong has a secret weapon that allows her to be almost superhuman in the public's eye.

She's not just an athlete, but also a mother to a 5-year-old named Lucas, a wife, and a professional. Kristin, who live in Boise, ID, works as the Director of Community Health for St. Luke’s Hospital!

She says that living a fulfilling home life allows her to stay balanced and focused. But above all, we're sure that it makes her very happy!
