During physical therapy training, this boyfriend thought it most opportune to propose to his girlfriend while she was the subject of that day’s lesson.
She was included in a stereognosis mock case, where the blindfold acts as congenital blindness as she describes the objects she’s handed in each hand. It’s interesting how the same object she feels in one hand might feel completely different in the other.
Being that she was already in front of the room with a blindfold on, her boyfriend seized the moment and plopped an engagement ring in her right hand as he got down on one knee.
They both started dating while in physical therapy training, so he felt it appropriate to propose in a place that means a lot to the both of them, while in front of their family of classmates.
It reminded me of the time this boyfriend surprised his girlfriend with a proposal after having graduated from nursing school.
I think it’s beautiful to see boyfriends propose to their girlfriends in a way that suits their particular romantic story. The thought, creativity, and careful execution of a surprise proposal is always special, and I’m so happy this one exists for all to see.
