Although I don't have any children of my own, I'm keenly aware of all the aches, pains, and other unglamorous parts of pregnancy and birth. Every mom I've met has complained about one thing or another, like achey joints or strange cravings. None of the pregnant women that I have ever known has expressed the desire to dance on swollen ankles!
This has led me to imagine heavily pregnant ladies as women who spend their time sitting or lying down, spending most of their time wishing for the moment their baby can be born.
But Ana Marro, a Zumba teacher based in Houston, has dispelled all stories I've heard!
The mom insisted on teaching her class throughout her pregnancy — right up until just two days before her due date!
Watch these amazing mom's moves. She even puts her students to shame, despite the heavy weight.
She can even bend backward to almost a 90-degree angle, it seems like!
While Marro may be able to perform such a task, I'm sure many mothers would not be willing to move like this at such a time, prioritizing rest and relaxation. But I say every woman has their own way of dealing with childbirth!
