Sometimes, it can be hard to pacify a fussy baby.
It can be frustrating, exhausting, and sometimes straight up embarrassing when your baby won't settle down, especially if their fit takes place in public.
But some moms don't have any choice other than to bring their baby with them to public places.
Sometimes, moms have to bring their babies along to school, work, or errands with them — and sometimes, their baby isn't super cooperative.
That's what happened for one mom who took her daughter along to class at the University of Nevada, in Reno.
Luckily, her professor was more than understanding of this mom's predicament.
Keep reading to learn why this professor's actions have been warming people's hearts all over social media.

Meet Daniel Fred. He's a dad of three and professor at the University of Nevada in Reno.
Daniel is also a "recovery advocate" and teaches about the American opioid crisis.
Recently, one of Daniel's students took to Twitter to tell a story from class.
One of Daniel's students had brought her baby to class. I bet it can be pretty hard to take notes and pay full attention with a baby on your lap, and Daniel noticed the same thing.
Instead of saying the baby was a distraction to the class, he decided to make his student's life a little easier and offered to carry the cute baby himself.
Daniel is definitely not the first professor to step up and help a learning mother like this, but the gesture is still special.
But holding a baby can get pretty tiring, especially if you're also walking around the classroom and lecturing to a large group of students.
Daniel didn't just hand the baby back to her parent, though — he donned a baby carrier instead.
Daniel said that "holding a baby in one arm and a clicker in the other is kinda hard the whole class," so he thought the baby carrier would make the whole thing a lot easier. Even though babies can be a lot of work and aren't usually found in college classrooms, Daniel said that "having baby Ava in class makes it 1,000% better."
Daniel is a dad of three girls, so this was probably pretty natural for him. Still, I bet it meant a lot to the student mother.
Being a mother is a lot of hard work and responsibility. It can be really touching to know that you have a support system behind you.
Daniel's actions quickly garnered attention on social media. Over 2,000 people have now shared the original Tweet!
A few days later, Daniel got online to give his own account of the situation.
