Pregnant Mom Is A Week Overdue, So She Films Herself Trying To Induce Labor In The Gym

Sara Wiss, a personal trainer from Stockholm, Sweden, was a week past her due date when she decided she couldn't just sit around and wait for her baby to be ready.

She worked out throughout her entire pregnancy, so when it was time for her to try to induce labor, she did what she does best — she exercised!

Sara, who is also a Nike Plus Run Coach, hit the gym to relieve her stress and to try to naturally induce labor. Jumping on the pull-up bar, Sara completed five full pull-ups.

She shared a video of the pull-ups on her Instagram, and her followers were completely shocked. Many of them were impressed that she was so strong and able to do pull-ups with the extra weight of a baby — without even making a big deal out of it!

At 41 weeks pregnant, most women are uncomfortable and frustrated, wanting to just meet their baby already.

Almost no one who is 10 months pregnant would even think about doing pull-ups!

Sara shared this picture on her due date, writing, "Due date! But still no baby…"

Three days later, still pregnant, she shared the pull-up video.

Less than 24 hours after her workout, though, Sara gave birth to a healthy baby boy!
