This week, 200 strangers came together to help bring joy to a young girl battling cancer. Ava Doiron-Frankland was 5 years old when she was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. After getting back from cancer treatments at the Cleveland Clinic, she asked her parents for swimming pool, and they were going to make her wish come true.
As her 6th birthday approached, Ava's parents purchased the pool and were surprised when 200 volunteers helped pitch in to help set up the pool and build a deck… in a matter of two weeks! Ava's reaction to seeing the finished product is priceless. It proves that great things can happen when we all work together. How amazing! Watch her priceless reaction and read more about her story, here.
