When Mason proposed to Alexandra, they both knew they wanted to invite their students to their wedding.
But Alexandra wanted to go one step further. Considering how isolated and stressful things have been this past year, she wanted to give her fifth graders something to look forward to come summer.
In the now-viral clip below, the bride-to-be asks her students to be bridesmaids and groomsmen for her and her husband. After she recorded the sweet moment and shared it on TikTok, the classroom "proposal" went viral with millions of views.
When it came time for the actual wedding day, Alexandra's students got to experience everything from junior bachelor and bachelorette parties to standing at the altar alongside the bride and groom as they exchanged vows.
