Elias Scoufaras is an actor and has worked on Transporter: The Series, Murdoch Mysteries, and Assassin’s Creed Revelations, among other films. So there’s no surprise that he’d be able to deliver such a beautiful speech within his proposal.

Marylin had planned to take a trip to visit her sister and the newborn baby in California, since her sister gave birth a few months back. Even though Marylin invited Scoufaras to come with, he declined. However, Scoufaras arrived a day after she did, and with the help of her family, he set up a pretty perfect marriage proposal.
I won’t reveal what he tells her once she turns around to see her boyfriend standing there, but it definitely had me teary-eyed.
