How did a three-year-old boy solve a murder that took place before he was even born?
While the bizarre story of a toddler in Golan Heights in the Middle East does not confirm that reincarnation is truly possible, it definitely comes closer than any other account I've ever heard about.
I recently shared the story of a 10-year-old boy named Ryan, who is convinced that he lived before as an early Hollywood era mogul named Marty Martyn. Although Ryan correctly knew more than 55 truths about Marty Martyn's life, I'm still a true skeptic. Then I came across the following story, which stopped me dead in my tracks.
According to German therapist and author of the book Children Who Have Lived Before: Reincarnation Today, Trutz Hardo, a three-year-old Syrian boy, told his family he had been murdered in a past life with an axe. Strangely enough, the child was born with a red birthmark on his forehead, which in the Druze culture is a sign of a past life.
The toddler then went on to show villagers the spot in which his body was buried, and upon digging up the area, they found a skeleton of a man who had gone missing four years earlier. The child also showed the villagers the spot where his murderer buried the weapon, where they dug up an axe.
While this all might sound like a bunch of crazy talk, the most frightening factor of all is that the boy apparently went on to identify his murderer as a local man. The man denied involvement at the time, but, according to Hardo, later admitted to the murder.
