Taylor Swift Impressed Chiefs Players By Bringing Them Her Famous Homemade Pop-Tarts

Kansas City Chiefs guard Trey Smith was on the Rory & Mal Don’t Know Ball podcast last week and was asked about superstar singer Taylor Swift.

That’s been a common question for the NFL player since Swift began dating tight end Travis Kelce.

Smith raved about Swift.

“I think once you meet her as a human being, a person, like face-to-face, and sort of understand it, you realize she really is a beautiful human being,” Smith said. “She’s awesome, she’s super nice, she’s thoughtful, she’s kind. She remembered my name and my sister’s name after meeting us, like, months later. That meant a lot, just a small thing.

”And for me, I didn’t know how big of a deal Taylor Swift was, how much of a star she is until she got there and I started watching people move around. ‘OK, this is different.’ I think the biggest thing with Taylor is how nice of a person she is.”

Swift’s generosity has been mentioned by other Chiefs players and coaches, and one way she impressed KC’s offensive linemen was by bringing them her homemade Pop-Tarts.

Since she brought those baked goods to the linemen, fans have clamoring for the Pop-Tarts recipe. We got our first look at the tasty treats thanks, again, to Swift’s generosity.

Earlier in May, Kelce was shooting a commercial in New York City, and People magazine reported that Swift made her Pop-Tarts “as a gift to behind-the-scenes personnel who assisted Kelce, also 35, as he worked with American Eagle.”

The X account Tayvis Nation shared a screengrab of a TikTok video that showed the Pop-Tarts and a note Swift wrote on the box.

Those look delicious.

There were three different flavors: strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry. And by the look of things, there had been more Pop-Tarts in the box before that photo was taken.
