Sometimes there is nothing better than watching the bond develop between a little kid and their dog. In many cases a dog is a kid's very first best friend.
Growing up we had a Cocker Spaniel Poodle mix named Bootsy. He was five years or so older than me but he was wise, he kept me in line, and whenever my brother or sister were too busy or too cool to play with me, Bootsy was always there.
Sweet Garrett seems to have found a similar friend in Phoenix, his family's Husky. You can immediately tell in the video below that these two share an unspoken (and sometimes spoken) bond with each other. It's adorable, funny, and beautiful all at the same time.
These are the moments as parents we will never forget and hope that we never take for granted.
