What does it mean to be a "cool mom"?
Before moms became moms, they were, well, women living through their teens, 20s, and 30s. If you're a mom, you know that better than anyone else!
It seems like this shouldn't be big news. However, when a kid gets a glimpse of an old picture of their mother and sees that she actually used to be — gasp — cool, he or she often can't believe it!
These Reddit users were all so proud of how cool their moms were before they became moms that they posted the pictures for the whole world to see.
Has your kid or grandkid ever found an old picture of you? What was their reaction?
It's fun to look back in time and see that even though the times have changed, fundamentally, we're all just people. Seeing the smiles and the candid moments in these photos really does take you back.
