We all get terribly stressed from time to time.
The important thing is that everyone has to find a way to relieve their stress and fears in a way that is most appropriate and safe for them.
Doctors have given us little tips to relieve stress without even leaving our chair, but many people have developed their own way of fighting anxiety and stress.
Reddit user bpwwhirl recently posted a photo of a map that his wife had drawn out. She had been struggling to sleep at night, and so he suggested that she grab a pen and some paper, and write down everything that was on her mind.
What followed were extremely truthful and funny drawings that we can all probably relate to — including thoughts on children, her hubby, and the ever-growing list of things she needs to do…

Reddit user bpwwhirl (real name Stephen) recently asked his wife to reveal her deepest thoughts and desires to him.
You see, his wife often has trouble falling asleep. So he thought it would help for her to jot down everything that was on her mind, to help relieve some stress.
What followed was a sudden outpouring of honesty.
The majority of her thoughts were incredibly relatable to our own lives.
In fact, a lot of her drawings touched on her children — how she was in a constant race to make sure they're eating right, dressing well, and behaving in public.
She also mapped out additional nagging concerns — like the fact that, like every other person, she had to deal with paying the bills.
The best part, though, was when she expressed her love for her husband.
"[He] makes me happy," she wrote, before jotting, "[and I] make him happy."
Some of her thoughts were directed toward those who are opinionated and judgmental — and further reminded us to be kind and humble to each other.
As her last thought, she looped back to her kids. "My kids are so awesome and evil at the same time," she writes.
We hope that she could finally sleep after pouring her heart out!
