She Expected A Normal Pregnancy. When She Saw Her Newborn, She Was SHOCKED!

When Brittany Young woke up on Wednesday, she thought it was like any other day. That's when she started to feel some intense stomach pains. She took some Tylenol and went to take a shower. That's when she got the surprise of a lifetime: a baby!

Young was only 12 weeks pregnant, or so she believed. She cramped up and, seconds later, she gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Unlike this woman who gave birth to rare twins, Young knew she was pregnant but thought she was earlier along. She was obviously in shock because she didn't expect a full-term baby.

"This baby's eyes were open; she was just sitting there staring at me. She didn't cry or anything," Young said. "I was in shock. I was like, there's a baby here."

She's named her daughter Miracle, who arrived at 19 inches, weighing six pounds and eight ounces. She called for an ambulance, and mother and child were whisked to Mercy Medical Center.

Young explained that she'd gone to the doctor back in January and heard the assistant say "12 weeks." Young thinks she must have misunderstood, thinking she was 12 weeks into her pregnancy, not that she had only 12 weeks remaining. Despite Miracle's early arrival, Young is happy that she's here and healthy.
