A woman who just got a tattoo on a first date might be an unintentional trendsetter.
The Australian woman filmed herself getting a tattoo with her date, whom she had met on Tinder. But when she posted it on TikTok, people actually loved the idea.
The woman goes by the username Lil.Allyway on the site. In her video, she shows herself and her date taking a walk on the beach and playing pool at a bar. But the fun didn't stop there. She and the guy she had only just met took their date to a tattoo shop.
“Me and my tinder match decided to get tattoos on our first date,” she wrote in the caption. She also revealed that she had no idea what tattoo to get until they got to the shop.
Her date got tatted on the inside of his forearm, while she opted for a neck tattoo.
People clearly loved the idea of an offbeat first date. Commenters chimed in to share their admiration of the fun, spontaneous idea. “I want to do this on a first date" one TikTok user wrote.
While it's a pretty wild thing to do, it looks like fun was had! The date even kept going after the tats at another bar.
Viewers definitely liked the video, too. At present, it's been viewed over 547,000 times and counting.
