But it's all true! The State of Florida has given approval to this company to advertise their products as able to sustain a category five hurricane.

This "cabana" version of their modular homes only costs $17,000 for the construction materials. It's built to withstand major environmental changes in temperature, hurricanes, floods, and even extreme snowfalls.
It is built completely from natural resources, including laminated wood beams, rubber, and cork. They only use materials that are readily found and easily replenished.
The homes can be built in under three months.
It is important to the company that the houses are economically friendly and capable of being run on solar power.

They are purposefully built to be affordable. The company believes that all families, regardless of income, have the right to homes that can withstand natural disasters.
Environmentally conscious customers can also customize their homes by adding rainwater harvesting, vertical gardening, geothermal systems, and solar panels.
They have floor pans for cabanas and studios, as well as one, two, and three bedroom houses.
Cubicco also works with developers interested in running rental properties. If customers have large land areas, they can build multiple Cubicco homes to rent.
