By layering her stones perfectly in place and nestling a spacious grill grate in between the formation, this builder created a unique new backyard grill, perfect for feeding a huge group of folks all at once.

This crafty DIY-er decided to repurpose a bunch of her barn's loose stones and turn them into a new outdoor grill.
She layered a group of flat stones into a two-foot tall U-shaped pit formation.
All in all, the project reclaimed about 40 different stones.
With her grill's stone walls in place, she then positioned a metal grate on top, secured with another stone layer.
Then, this builder threw some charcoal underneath, got a fire going, and her barbecue was ready to go!
