DIY Wallpaper Patio Table Brightens Up Tired Backyard Patio

Most all well-designed living areas boast one crucial similarity — they each showcase gorgeous focal points.

When Instructables user Nick Thomas Design began redesigning his home's backyard area, the DIY-er quickly chose to fashion an interesting patio table as his space's central focus.

First, he wanted to create his new table by repurposing used materials. And second, he wanted his new piece have an undeniably charming look and feel.

First task in mind, this builder swiftly found an old coffee table and an additional dining room tabletop to transform into his dream table.

Then, with a few different sheets of decorative floral wallpaper at his disposal, this designer concocted a genius plan. After cutting each sheet into various triangular panels, he covered his entire tabletop in an adorably fresh wallpapered pattern.

Outfitted with a big umbrella for added shade, he'd fashioned his yard a quirky, cute table — sure to be a lasting conversation starter.
