I love checking out new tiny houses. It's so impressive how people are able to take a small space and turn it into a unique home.
When I saw this one, my jaw dropped. It was unlike any other I'd ever seen.
I thought I'd seen it all when it came to tiny houses — like the one squeezed between two other houses — but this house? Not only does it look like something from the future, it looks like an actual egg!
There are plenty of oval houses, but this tiny house designed by dmvA is definitely a one-of-a-kind. The way they constructed it is incredible, and it's full of surprises.
I don't know that I could actually live there myself, but I appreciate how inventive these designers are. What do you think? Could you see yourself using it as an office or even as a permanent home? Let us know what you think of it in the comments!

Designed by the Belgian architectural firm dmvA, this egg-shaped tiny house is called the Blob VB3.
The Blob was originally designed when the Belgian company XFactorAgencies needed an office. They wanted something to be hooked up to a residence near a lake.
XFactorAgencies wanted three different blobs to be built, but the local council denied their request for a building permit, warning them not to put the Blob anywhere near the house.
The designers at dmvA decided to go ahead with the project anyway. They would build one blob instead, and they would make it mobile so they wouldn't require building permits at all.
They even decided to promote The Blob as an art piece so that traditional building rules wouldn't apply. And what they created certainly was a work of art!
The Blob took 18 months to build and included a perfectly smooth outer "shell" made largely out of polyester over a wooden frame. Inside, the niches were filled with insulation.
While the egg doesn't have wheels like a traditional caravan home, it travels easily and can be dropped anywhere around the world.
The nose of the Blob opens automatically to reveal a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a bed.
Red LED lights were installed inside the niches and white lights were placed in the floor. Like any normal caravan, the outside of the Blob has a hookup for water and electricity.
With plenty of unique space for storage and ample lighting, the Blob has a homey feel while still remaining very modern. The designers even intended the home to be multi-funtional. It could be converted into an office, a guest room, or a garden house.
The open nose even creates a porch for kicking back and relaxing on a beautiful summer evening.
It might not be the most traditional of tiny houses, but it's definitely one of the coolest!
