There’s no denying how captivating the galaxy looks in photos. With that said, wouldn't it be fabulous to add a little of that sparkle to your nails?
Below, Mattania, from the YouTube channel Creative Nail Art, demonstrates how to achieve this look and it’s not as difficult as one might think.
After applying a base coat to protect the nail, add a light color of your choice. Mattania uses a lilac nail polish, which can be found at Sephora.
Then use nail art striping tape to help with the design – we’ve seen this fabulous technique used to create eye-catching zigzag nail art. Apply three of these striping tapes vertically on the nail.
"I decided to add stripes to make the design a bit different. If you don't like the stripes, you can leave them out and the design would look great without is as well," Mattania writes in the video's caption.
Now here comes the tricky part: take a sponge and dot one of the corners with several different nail polishes. White, blue, dark, and light purples are the best choice for this manicure. Then dab the sponge on the nails followed by glitter nail polish.
The final result is just gorgeous!
