I don't know about you, but I'm all for cutting corners when it comes to my at-home manicures. I often only have minutes to pull together a cute manicure for a night out, and that's what makes this polish hack so great.
Cutepolish is a go-to for tutorials in mastering salon-level manicures. Some of our favorites include a chevron nail design (without a striper!) that uses a little Scotch tape instead, and a horizontal line hack that uses dental floss to create crisp, clean lines.
This hack breaks down the popular "half-moon" design, a look you can create with any two colors for an awesome seasonally-themed manicure with whatever colors are en vogue (e.g. black and orange for Halloween, green and red for Christmas, pastel pinks and purples for spring).
All you'll need? A couple of reinforcement paper stickers to create that smooth, circular shape that'll stay in place while you're painting. Additionally, you can paint half-circles on both sides of your nails for a neat concave effect. The best part is you'll be sporting an awesome nail design for pennies of the price of a salon mani.
